City of Holmes Beach recently issued the following announcement.

The City Commission next Regular City Commission Meeting w/Work Session to follow will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.  Meetings are open to the Public and are held in the 

Patricia A. Geyer Commission Chambers, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, FL 34217.

The meeting can be viewed  through Zoom.  Persons wishing to speak must appear in person.   Please contact City Clerk Johnston ten days prior to a meeting if you plan to present documents or need access to any electronic equipment.  Please note flash drives for presentations will not be accepted.

Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or 

hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record 

includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Persons planning to attend the meeting who need special assistance must notify the Office of the City Clerk at cityclerk@holmesbeachfl.org or call 941-708-5800  no later than 24 

hours preceding the meeting.
