Description

The ribbon cutting ceremony and re-opening event will offer a preview of the renovations completed at East Bradenton Park to dignitaries and community members. This park has received updated amenities to keep the whole family moving! Families can gather in the new pavilion then challenge each other on the new basketball court, to a soccer match on the new multipurpose field or see who is the most agile at the obstacle course. Other options now include fitness stations and walking along the expanded crushed shell walking trail. The ribbon cutting event will consist of speeches, a ribbon cutting and the media will have the opportunity for pictures and 1:1 interviews. The public re-opening event will include food vendors and family activities provided by Manatee County and other community resource agencies.
