City of Wauchula recently issued the following announcement.

The City Commission of the City of Wauchula will hold a Police Pension Meeting Monday, March 14, 2022, at 5:45 p.m.

The City Commission of the City of Wauchula will also hold a General Employee Pension Meeting Monday, March 14, 2022, during the regular scheduled City Commission Meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m.

The meetings will be held at the Commission Chambers located at 225 East Main Street, Wauchula, FL  33873.

Pursuant to Section 286.0107, Florida Statutes, as amended, the City Commission hereby advises that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purposes, he may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The City Commission of the City of Wauchula, Florida does not discriminate upon the basis of any individual’s disability status.
