Jose Aguilar has been arrested by the Hardee County Sheriff’s Office and is currently being held at the Hardee County Jail. He faces charges of sexual battery under Florida Statute 794.011 (8) (b), three counts of possession of child pornography under statute 827.071 (5), and unlawful use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
