CITY OF WAUCHULA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The City Commission of the City of Wauchula will hold the regular scheduled workshop Monday, May 2, 2022 at 5:00 pm or as soon thereafter as it reasonably can be held. The agenda can be viewed at www.cityofwauchula.com.

Pursuant to Section 286.0107, Florida Statutes, as amended, the City Commission hereby advises that if any interested person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the proceedings, he will need a record of the proceeding and that, for such purposes, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
