City of Bradenton Beach issued the following announcement.
On Primary Election Day, August 18, 2020, consolidations of precincts will be necessary. The reason for this, many seasoned poll workers are not comfortable working on election day at polling locations due to the pandemic. In order to ensure that we have an experienced Clerk at each voting location, we have to combine 13 precincts. Letters are being mailed to those voters affected by this consolidation.
