UNF faculty members Dr. Matthew Ohlson, Taylor Leadership Institute director, and Dr. Lakshmi Goel, Coggin College of Business associate dean, have recently published a book on “Leadership Strategies for the Hybrid Workforce: Best Practices for Fostering Employee Safety and Significance.”
The text is a collection of chapters contributed by UNF faculty, staff, alumni and global leaders in the areas of business and healthcare. It is an updated, essential resource for business leaders, students and educators of higher education, human resource managers, CEOs, managers, researchers, and academicians.
The book outlines how workplace trends show that the flexibility and adaptability demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic may prove to offer organizations new insights into employee recruitment, retention and production.
