Notable individuals participating in the event include Calley Means, serving as a special government employee for Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as well as Senator Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.), and Representatives Jake Auchincloss (D-Mass.), Ami Bera (D-Calif.), Diana DeGette (D-Colo.), Diana Harshbarger (R-Tenn.), and Greg Murphy (R-N.C.).
Buchanan, a prominent advocate for the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) agenda, is substantially involved in efforts to address chronic diseases. Recently, the Chronic Disease Flexible Coverage Act (H.R. 919), introduced by Buchanan, was passed unanimously in the House. This legislation aims to broaden healthcare coverage options provided by employers for individuals living with chronic conditions.
