County of Manatee recently issued the following announcement.
Manatee County Utilities Department (MCUD) has released a Trash Talk Survey for its customers.
As the end of the current garbage hauler's contract is drawing near, MCUD is seeking feedback on how its customers are currently using their garbage, recycling and yard waste collection services. Customers can also off their opinion on alternative methods of collection that could be considered in the new contracts.
Manatee County feels it is important to provide its customers with an opportunity to provide input into decisions that will affect them. This survey offers that opportunity. All information collected will be used in evaluating and establishing new contracts over the next year.
Customers can complete the survey November 15 through December 15 at www.mymanatee.org/garbage or request a hard copy version by calling (941) 792-8811.
